To ensure the robot's performance, please place the base station against the wall, maintaining 20 inches(0.5m) on both sides, and 60 inches(1.5m) in front. Q: Does Narwal T10 switch automatically between Mopping & Vacuuming? A: In order to maximize the mopping performance and avoid dirt caused by the side brushes, the sweeping and mopping modes need to be switched manually, but the process is easy and super quick. Q: Can this robot mop detect carpet and avoid mopping it? A: It is recommended to set No-go zones considering the robot is unable to recognize carpets vs. other surfaces.
