Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays, after order receipt or credit card approval. If you haven't received a shipment notification after 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at email customer@voghion.com for assistance.
If all items in the order are from overseas warehouses, users in Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands can expect to receive their orders within 10 business days.
If the order contains non-overseas warehouse items, the shipping time is as follows:
