Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays). If all items in your order are from our overseas warehouses, delivery to Germany, Belgium, the UK, and the Netherlands usually takes about 10 business days.

However, if your order includes items that are not from our overseas warehouses, shipping may take 20-40 business days, depending on the seller and shipping method. You'll see estimated delivery times for every item when placing your order.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €20. There are no hidden charges if your order meets the minimum amount; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returning it is easy. Eligible items can be returned in their original condition within 90 days for a full refund. Your first return for every order is free within that period, meaning we cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within a few business days.
